Are we ready for another day? Yup, bring it on :)
I went with porridge this morning. Oats, scan bran (extra fiber) pumpkin puree, pumpkin spice, sweetner and water.
Into the slow cooker it went for a couple of hours last night and then reheated this morning with some pumpkin jam.
A banana on the side completed the line up.
